Preparazione
Lavate ripetutamente sotto l&#8217;acqua corrente gli spinaci
Mettete in una insalatiera gli spinaci e conditeli con l&#8217;olio, l&#8217;aceto balsamico, il sale e il pepe.
Distribuite sopra le scaglie di parmigiano, mescolate bene e servite subito.
